档案是文化的源泉,是一种重要的文化资源,应重视发挥档案的文化传承价值,以促进我国档案文化资源的开发。从对档案文化属性与价值功能的界定入手,分析了目前我国档案文化建设中存在的主要问题,并对档案文化发展提出自己的看法与建议,以期能引发更多关于档案文化的思考,促进我国档案文化的健康快速发展。

Archives are the source of culture,an important cultural resource as well.Attention should be paid to its cultural heritage value in order to promote the development of its cultural resources.Beginning from the cultural properties and the definition of value function,the paper analyzes main problems in construction of the current archive culture,puts forward views and suggestions only to promote more thoughts on it and advance its healthy and rapid development.
