Working Ideas and Functional Expansion of Counselors in Technical Colleges

高职教育具有许多自身的特殊性。职业文化全面参透下的高职班级建设和管理，决定着高职辅导员工作的特殊与不同。高职辅导员，做好“三成教育”，是高职教育的基本要求，也是针对性开展班级工作的关键。同时，通过对新形势下高校辅导员的角色变化与职能拓展的分析，可以看出辅导员的角色出现了多重性、多元化发展的趋势。由过去单一的思想政治教育者角色发展成教育者、引路人、管理者和服务者于一身的多重身份。

Higher vocational education has lots of its own particularity. Class construction and management under the vocational culture determines speciality and difference of counselors in vocational colleges, who should do the ＂three- talents education＂ job well which is a basic requirement, and the key to carry out class work. Meanwhile, under the new situation role change of college counselors and functions show their multiple roles and diversified development trend. They develop from single ideological and political educators into educators, guiders, managers and service providers.
