By taking advantage of literature consultation,questionnaire,expert interviews and statistics,importance of cultivating college students＇ charming personalities is analyzed on the basis of market demand for college graduates as well as the criteria on employment capacity that meet the enterprises.In addition,the roles that campus activities play in improving college students＇ charming personalities are discussed,including organizational skills and self-management skills;physical and mental health development;ideological and moral cultivation;innovation;communicative competence;practical ability and ability to adapt to society.
