半封闭式缝合治疗肛瘘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Semi-closed suture in the treatment of anal fistula

目的探讨半封闭式缝合治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选择120例肛瘘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。所有患者均采用低切高挂治疗。治疗组的切口采用半封闭式缝合,对照组的创面完全敞开。观察两组临床疗效、治愈时间和术后切口感染等情况。结果治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并且术后切口感染未有明显增加。结论半封闭式缝合治疗肛瘘,痛苦小,疗程短,是较理想的手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of semi-closed suture in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods 120 patients with anal fistula were randomly allocated into two groups：treatment group had 60 cases and control group also had 60 cases.All of the patients were treated with low cutting and high thread drawing. Treatment group＇ incisions were semi-closed sutured and control group＇ incisions were completely opened. The clinical efficacy,healing time of anal fistula and the infections of post-operative incision were observed in the two groups after operation.Results Treatment group had better effects than control group in the wound healing time （P0.05）,and no significant increase in post-operative incision.Conclusion The study indicates that this therapy is an ideal method in the treatment of anal fistula for its less pain and shorter treatment course.
