选择合适的种子细胞一直是组织工程及细胞治疗中困扰人们的难题。目前已能得到并进行研究的干细胞主要包括胚胎干细胞（embryonic stem cells,ESCs）和成体干细胞。成体干细胞又按种类不同分为神经干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、造血干细胞、
