摘要
改革开放以来中国企业海外投资呈现稳步快速增长,文章从中国企业海外投资的历史沿革出发探讨海外投资的特征,进而从投资主体、区位、产业三个角度提出一些对策,对于我国企业开展海外投资具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
The overseas investment of Chinese enterprises appears steadily growing since the reform and opening up,this paper startes from overseas investment history,discuss overseas investment characteristics and main investment、location and industry.It is very important for our country enterprise to reference.
