休假制度变革对荆州旅游业的影响

Impact of the Reform of Vacation on Jingzhou Tourism

通过分析2008年休假制度变革的概况,发现休假时间的延长和假日分布的合理性对旅游业的发展起到了促进作用,而集中的长假变为分散的短假和旅游者消费的理性化成为了旅游业发展的阻碍。通过收集整理相关信息资料及发放问卷调查,对休假制度变革下荆州的旅游收入、旅游人次、旅游客流分布等数据进行了分析,从旅行社、饭店和交通等方面总结了休假制度改革的的影响。

Firstly,the reform of vacation system in 2008 was studied.It was found that the extension of recess time and the reasonable holiday distribution had been the catalyst for the development of tourism.However the long centralized holidays were turned into short and dispersed holidays,and that change brought rational consumption of tourists.Both factors of them hindered the development of tourism.Through information collection and field survey,the revenues of tourism and distribution of the number of tourist in Jingzhou after the change of vacation system were analysed.From travel agencies,hotel industry and transportation it sums up the impact of the reform of the system.
