水温对泥鳅仔鱼饥饿耐受力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以人工繁殖的泥鳅(Missgurnus arguillicaudatus)初孵仔鱼为研究对象,研究了不同水温(23、25、27、29、31℃)对泥鳅仔鱼的开口时间、初次摄食率及不可逆点的影响。结果表明,在水温23~29℃时,泥鳅仔鱼的开口时间随水温的升高而提前(出膜后2~3d),最高初次摄食率均出现在开口后的第3天,均为100%;而水温31℃时,泥鳅仔鱼的开口时间在出膜后的第3天,最高初次摄食率出现在开口后的第2天,低于100%。水温23、25、27、29、31℃时泥鳅仔鱼的不可逆点出现时间分别为出膜后的第8.8天、第8.3天、第8.1天、第6.8天和第6.1天。因此,泥鳅仔鱼发育的最适水温为25~27℃。 The time of first feeding and the rate of first feeding and point of no return (PNR) for starvation of newly hatched larva Missgurnus arguillicaudatus were observed under different water temperatures of 23,25,27,29 ℃and 31 ℃.The results showed that at 23~29 ℃ the time of first feeding decreased with rising water temperature (2~3 d after hatching) and the time of highest rate of first feeding was the third day after first feeding of larva Missgurnus arguillicaudatus and the value was 100%.But at 31 ℃ the time of first feeding was the third day after hatching and the time of highest rate of first feeding was the second day after first feeding and the value was low of 100%.At the water temperature of 23,25,27,29 ℃and 31 ℃,the PNR was the 8.8,8.3,8.1,6.8,6.1 days after hatching.The results indicated that the most suitable water temperature range for development of larva Missgurnus arguillicaudatus was 25~27 ℃.
