摘要
单台全站仪极坐标测量系统应用于高精度的测量和安装工作中,必须采用特殊的作业手段和数据处理方法才能达到亚毫米的精度。文中提出了一种坐标转换方法,将其应用于大型多波束天线的安装检测过程中,实测结果表明该方法达到较好的效果。
Because the area of the multibeam parabolic torus antenna is very large, the traditional inspection and installation method is useless. It was the first tirne that we introduce the polar coordinate industrial measuring system for inspection of this kind of antenna. The mathematical model of the antenna, the data processing of measurernents and the calculation of adjustment value were mainly discussed in this paper. Finally. a result was given, which showed our method is very effective.
