摘要
揭示了经纬仪整平误差对水平角观测的影响机理，给出了整平误差导致的水平角观测误差的全国变化规律及变化曲线。
In this paper, the problem of theodolite setting error influence upon the horizontal angle surveying has been shown. Regular change and change curve in round of horizontal angle surveying error bacause of the theodolite setting error has been given.
