高职教师专业发展已经成为高职教育改革与建设热点之一,分析目前已有研究成果有利于对其进行更深入的研究。目前与高职教师专业发展相关的研究主要包括高职教师专业发展的内涵、特征、现状以及策略等方面,具有研究视角开阔、研究内容详实、研究队伍丰富等特点。同时,高职教师专业发展研究还存在不足之处,研究者们可以朝着以下几个方面进行更深入地研究:研究目标应追求科学化,研究内容应体现具体化,研究方法应走向多元化。

Professional development of vocational teacher has become a hot topic in higher vocational education reform and development,and the analysis of the current research results has been more conducive to their depth.The research related to professional development of vocational teachers at present includes the content,features,status and strategies,and its broad research perspective,the detailed research contents,rich research team are outstanding.Meanwhile,researchers should see the deficiency and do some more research towards the following fields： the objective of research should aspire scientific,the content of research should reflect specification,and the approaches of research should tend to diversification.
