摘要
在分析高师英语专业教师实施学生学业成就评价改革的现状和所存在的主要问题的基础上,探讨如何从科学发展观的视角,帮助教师更进一步明晰素质教育目标下进行评价改革的重要意义、历史发展规律和评价的内涵,旨在促进教师掌握发展性评价的方法和技术,积极投身于教学评价改革之中,从而实现素质教育目标,促进学生全面发展。
Having analyzed the status of assessment reform of student's academic achievements and main problems that exist at normal universities,this paper probes into how to help professional English teachers from the perspective of scientific outlook on development to further make clear the significance,the law of historical development,and connotations of the assessment reform in the context of quality education.With the purpose to promote teachers to grasp methods and techniques in developmental assessment,hence to be actively engaged in teaching assessment reforms,the paper offers some references in fulfilling the goal of quality education and promoting student's overall development.
