大学生实践能力拓展研究与思考——以江苏技术师范学院外语专业为例

Reflections on Students' Practice Ability Widen of Foreign Languages——Taking the Students of Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology as an Example

大学生实践能力逐渐成为用人单位选拔人才的重要依据之一,对于外语专业大学生,语言作为一门工具,如何在学习、工作和生活中有效地使用这一工具,有效地将展示语言的综合运用能力,这不仅关系到大学生本人的学习态度、学习习惯、学习目的,更关系到高校如何引导大学生学会学习、学会选择、学会规划、学会坚持以及学会客观地自我评价。江苏技术师范学院外国语学院通过研究和实践,对大学生潜能开发、素质和能力拓展进行了积极的尝试,并在此基础上建立了一套实践能力拓展的长效机制,对提升大学生核心竞争力,全面健康成长成才起到了一定的引导作用。

College students＇ practice ability is now becoming one of the important factors of the employing units in selecting its staff.School of Foreign Languages,Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology has made attempts to widen its students＇ potential development,quality and proficiency.On this basis,a set of long-acting mechanism has been built to widen its students＇ practice ability,to promote its students＇ core competitiveness and to improve students＇ growth comprehensively.
