儿童在性别社会化过程中,几乎都不同程度地受到家庭、学校、大众传媒及同辈群体等方面的影响。小学教师要能真正促进儿童性别社会化,就必须关注到这些不同方面,有针对性地采取一些措施,以发挥应有的作用。在促进儿童性别社会化的过程中,教师自身性别再社会化才能更好地得以完成。

In the process of children＇ gender socialization,to varying degrees,children are almost influenced by the four factors： family,school,mass media and peer groups.In order to promote the children＇ gender socialization,primary school teachers must pay attention to these different aspects and take some target-oriented measures effectively,meanwhile,teachers＇ own gender-socialization can be bettered achieved.
