摘要
儿童在性别社会化过程中,几乎都不同程度地受到家庭、学校、大众传媒及同辈群体等方面的影响。小学教师要能真正促进儿童性别社会化,就必须关注到这些不同方面,有针对性地采取一些措施,以发挥应有的作用。在促进儿童性别社会化的过程中,教师自身性别再社会化才能更好地得以完成。
In the process of children' gender socialization,to varying degrees,children are almost influenced by the four factors: family,school,mass media and peer groups.In order to promote the children' gender socialization,primary school teachers must pay attention to these different aspects and take some target-oriented measures effectively,meanwhile,teachers' own gender-socialization can be bettered achieved.
