高等职业院校商务英语专业教育现状调查研究 被引量:3

A Study of the Educational Status of the Business-English Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 通过问卷和访谈的方式,从商务英语专业课程体系、人才培养模式、教材使用、人才评价4个维度对苏南、苏中、苏北4所高职院校的商务英语专业的教育现状进行了调查和分析。调查结果表明,高职高专商务英语专业的课程体系架构基本体现了当今高职教育的发展趋势,但学生的可持续发展能力没有得到应有的重视;以行业为背景的人才培养模式和"课证融通"已成为高职高专商务英语人才培养模式两大主要特色,但教师和学生对此存在显著差异;教材能够较好地将基础知识、基本技能和未来的职业技能有机结合起来,实训基地建设有待加强;CET4和两个职业资格证书是高职高专商务英语专业人才评价两个主要指标,科学的评价机制还有待进一步研究。 A survey was conducted using questionnaires and interviews from four segments of the Business-English program: the curriculum system: the talent-developing model;teaching materials;and the talent-cultivation evaluation.Survey results show that the Business-English major of higher vocational colleges basically reflects developing tendencies of current vocational education.But emphasis is lacking on enhancing students' capacity for sustainable development with respect to the curriculum system;Talent-cultivation models based on a particular industry and integration of classroom-teaching and certification are two major features of the Business-English program.Regarding these points,students and teachers exhibit evident differences.Teaching materials can more effectively demonstrate an organic combination of basic knowledge,basic skills and vocational skills,but the practical base needs to be strengthened.CET4 and two occupational qualification certificates are two keys for assessing talent cultivation,but a scientific evaluation mechanism still must be established through further studies.
