浙东学派,源远流长,其内涵丰富且深刻。浙东礼学,是浙东学派重要组成部分,极具梳理和研究价值。近两千年来,浙东礼学名家辈出,成果如林,至万斯大、黄以周、孙诒让终成庄严气象,与皖派礼学、吴派礼学鼎足而三,在清代共同构筑中国礼学大厦的神奇景观。浙东学派之经史兼治性格,与该学派历来重视礼学研究有莫大关系。晚清以降,由于黄以周对浙东礼学的传播与推衍,遂使浙东礼学保持学脉不坠,其谱系在当代仍有迹可寻。
