加味茵陈五苓散对高尿酸血症大鼠黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的调节作用 被引量:19

摘要 目的观测加味茵陈五苓散对高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶水平的影响,探讨其治疗高尿酸血症的机理。方法以腺嘌呤合盐酸乙胺丁醇灌胃法造成大鼠高尿酸血症模型,分别以加味茵陈五苓散大、中、小剂量,西药别嘌醇进行治疗,检测实验后第7、14和21天血清中尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶含量。结果加味茵陈五苓散大、中剂量均能降低高尿酸血症大鼠血清中尿酸水平(P<0.05),加味茵陈五苓散中剂量能降低高尿酸血症大鼠血清中黄嘌呤氧化酶水平(P<0.05)。结论加味茵陈五苓散具有防治高尿酸血症的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yinchen Wuling Powder on the levels of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase in rats with hyperuricemia,and explore its mechanism.Methods Rat models of hyperuricemia were induced by intragastric administration of adenine and ethambutol hydrochloride,then treated with different dose of modified Yinchen Wuling Powder,allopurinol respectively.The levels of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase were detected at 7th,14th and 21th day after the experiment.Results The level of serum uric acid in rats with hyperuricemia was decreased obviously in modified Yinchen Wuling Powder groups with middle and high dose(P0.05),and the level of xanthine oxidase was decreased obviously in modified Yinchen Wuling Powder group with middle dose(P0.05).Conclusion Modified Yinchen Wuling Powder has a role of prevention and treament on hyperuricemia.
