摘要
以时尚健身运动为大类,设置多个项目,供女大学生课外锻炼选择,构建分类多选健身方案。将184名女大学生分为两组,实验组除体育课外,每周进行三次(1小时/次)课外有氧运动,对照组仅限于课堂学习锻炼,实验持续一学期,实验前后测试学生的体质健康指标。结果表明,分类多选健身方案能明显改善学生部分身体形态、机能、身体素质,全面增强体质。结果提示,高校应高度重视课外锻炼形式创新。
In this study,fashionable bodybuilding was set for multiple projects,for female college students' extra-curricular exercise choice,and for classified multiple fitness program.184 female college students were divided into two groups.Besides sports classes,three times a week(1 hour/times) extra-curricular aerobic exercise was taken for the experiment group.For the contrast group,only school sports classes were requried and lasted for one semester.The students' physical health index was monitored before the experiment and after the experiment.The results showed that the classified multiple fitness program could obviously improve the students' physical form,function,quality indicators and enhance their physique.It was indicated that extra-curricular exercises should be emphasized for further innovation.
