摘要
通过对失效铅蓄电池的拆解及蓄电池与整车匹配性分析,找到了这批换件铅蓄电池早期失效的综合原因。鉴于多种因数都会导致蓄电池早期失效,建议在新车开发的过程中充分考虑电池和整车耗电系统的匹配,并在电池生产、储存环节控制其硫酸盐化现象发生。
By dismantling the lead-acid batteries with early failure and analyzing on the match of vehicle and batteries,the reasons of the early failure of lead-acid batteries were found.Since many factors could cause the premature failure of lead-acid batteries,it was suggested that the battery and vehicle electrical system match should be improved in the new vehicle development process,and that the sulfation should be prevented in the battery production and storage process.
