The market economy and rationalism resulted in pragmatism,individualism,formalism,utilitarian,idealism,awareness of the forthcoming hardship and the lack of critical thinking in practice as well as brought in to the vigor and vitality,it posed a real challenge to the building of the party in the process of modernization＇s construction.Building a learning party is to uphold the Marxist faith,to form the spirit of unremitting quest for knowledge beyond the shackles of utilitarianism;to have the awareness of the forthcoming hardship,to learn new knowledge,to improve ruling ability,to establish correct view of practice,to learn by doing,to transform the subjective world with the process of transforming the objective world.
