With the developmennt of network technology,the popularity of online testing system in English is Gradually increasing.This article describes the design and development of the testing system based on streaming media technology.This system can realizes English online listening,choice,and many other kinds of questions to determine the test,and achieves automatic generation,automatic marking and statistical score.
