大学生思想政治教育现状与精细化教育探究

On the Situation of Undergraduates'Ideological and Political Education and Its Refinement

为了掌握当代大学生思想政治教育状况,在对我校大学生的政治态度、学习状况、消费和就业观、师德师风、心理健康等方面进行调查分析。提出建议和对策,建立长效机制,实施大学生思想政治精细化教育与管理,提高大学生的思想政治素质,造就具有坚定理想信念的合格人才,对于社会主义社会和谐发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大而深远的意义。

To comprehend the status quo of the contemporary undergraduatesideological and political education,and to investigate and analyse their political attitudes,the state of study,their opinions of consumption and employment,teachers＇ morals and teachers＇ morale,and their mental health,we propose some means,establishing long-term mechanism,and implement the refinement of management of studentsideological and political education.Hence the measures improve the undergraduates ideological and political quality,fortifying the eligible undergraduates,holding convictions of party members,and it is of important significance for the socialism harmonious development and achieving the Chinese nation＇s bright prospect on the road to revival.
