The NC Code Generation of Upper Sewing Based on Image Content

针对制鞋行业中鞋帮缝制自动化水平不高的问题,提出了一种实现由图像格式到图形格式转化,再由图形格式文件生成数控代码的方法。该方法利用摄像机拍摄鞋帮面图像,经图像处理且运用矢量化算法可实现图像到图形的转换,形成的图形文件经过轮廓偏置处理及后置处理之后生成NC代码,并给出了一个应用实例。

Aiming at improving the automatic level of the upper sewing process,a system,which can transform pixel image to graphic file and generate NC code from the graphics file is designed in this paper.The image of uppers can be obtained from CCD camera.The process of transforming the pixel image to graphic file is realized after the image processing and vectorization,and the NC code can be generated after the graphic offset calculation and postpositive processing.A practical application of the system is given at the end of the paper.
