摘要 用聚乙二醇(PEG)处理烟草种子,测定PEG对种子活力的影响,筛选活力最强?种子培养幼苗至4叶期,在5℃下分别胁迫1-5 d,测定烟草抗寒性相关生理生化指标。结果显示:处理组烟苗的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和保护酶过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性均高于对照组;超氧阴离子(O-2)含量低于对照组。表明PEG浸种处理能提高烟草种子活力和幼苗的抗寒性。 Tobacco seeds are immersed in PEG solution and water to determine its impact on their vigor.Then the most vigorous seeds are selected to cultivate into seedlings of four leaves below 5℃ for 1 to 5 d before the physiological biochemical index of chilling resistance of tobacco is determinated.The result shows that the content of Chlorophyll and Soluble protein and the activity of POD,CAT,SOD in the processing group are higher than those in the control group while the content of O2-is lower.It is indicated that the vigor and the chilling resistance in tobacco seedling can be improved through immersed pretreatment with PEG.
