摘要
沥青路面在使用过程中,由于沥青老化容易导致路面产生裂缝、剥落和松散等病害,提高沥青的抗老化性能,有助于延长沥青路面的使用寿命.采用抗氧剂2246、辅助抗氧剂Irgafos168及炭黑对基质沥青进行复合改性,根据残留针入度比、软化点增长率、残留延度比综合确定复合改性剂的最佳用量.在最佳剂量下制备复合改性沥青,用DSR试验和BBR试验评价复合改性沥青在老化前后的路用性能.试验结果表明,用0.6%主抗氧剂2246、0.6%辅助抗氧剂Irgafos 168和2%炭黑制备的复合改性沥青,可以显著提高沥青的抗老化性能.
This paper studied several asphalts modified by the blends of antioxidant 2246,Irgafos 168 and carbon black at various percentages.The modified asphalts were aged by means of the rolling thin film oven(RTFO) test and pressure aging vessel(PAV)test.The tests were conducted on the modified asphalts at three stages as follows:no aging,rolling thin film oven residuals and as well RTFO + PAV residuals through penetration,Ring and Ball softening point and ductility tests.Experiment results indicated that the blend of 0.6% antioxidant 2246,0.6% Irgafos 168 and 2% carbon black can enhance the aging resistance of asphalt.Dynamic shear rheometer test results and bending beam rheometer test results showed that antioxidant and carbon black blend modified asphalt has excellent anti-fatigue and low temperature properties.
