大学生就业压力与择业取向的相关性研究——以淮安高校大学生为例

A Study of the Correlation of the Employment Pressure and the Professional Value of College Students——A Case Study of College Students in Huai'an

在高校连年扩招和国际金融危机的双重背景下,大学生面临着比以往更大的就业压力,在择业观上产生很多困惑和问题。通过对淮安五所高校大学生就业压力和择业取向的整体状况的调查,结果显示大学生的就业压力水平都偏高,本科院校的学生比专科院校的学生就业压力更高;不同年级、不同性别、不同专业的大学生就业压力与择业取向存在显著差异,大学生感受到就业压力越高,对他的择业影响越大。要改变大学生的就业观念,减轻就业压力,高校要进行规划和职业指导,帮助大学生确定职业目标,大学生自身更要努力提升自我能力和强化心理素质来应对就业压力。

With the pressure of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,and the international financial crisis as well,college students are under the pressure of obtaining employment,therefore,they are in a puzzle.Based on a questionnaire survey among students of five colleges＇ in Huai＇an,the present research,which is pertinent to the employment pressure and professional value,shows that all college students＇ employment pressure is on the high side,and the pressure of the undergraduate students is higher than that of the vocational school students.What＇s more,the employment pressure and the professional value vary according to different grades,sexes and majors.The higher pressure the college students feel,the greater the influence on their careers will be.In order to change the college students＇ notion of employment and reduce the employment pressure,on one hand,colleges and universities have to make rational plans and give vocational guidance to help the students fix their vocational goals.On the other hand,college students themselves must work hard to promote their abilities and mental quality to deal with the employment pressure.
