高校辅导员工作有"满意度"问题,也有"被满意度"问题。本文就"被满意度"的概念、维度及其获取途径作了简要阐述,以此希望广大辅导员既考虑自己对这份工作的满意度,也考虑自己做这份工作给各方面带来的满意度,进而实现与青春为伴的最宝贵的人生价值。

Evaluation of advisors＇ work involves their own satisfaction with life and the satisfaction they give. This paper defines the concept of ＂being satisfied with＂,summarizes its components and acquirement approaches. College advisors must try to obtain satisfaction and give satisfaction at the same time so as to live out their best worth.
