单板滑雪运动技术发展理论研究

Training and Competition Technique of Snowboarding in China

单板滑雪属于技巧型项目,在我国有着较大的发展空间。我国运动员在身体形态上的特点,符合项目训练、竞赛对人体形态的要求。然而,我国对项目特点和发展规律的研究相对滞后,尚未满足训练、竞赛的需要。对单板滑雪训练、竞赛的理论研究,将有助于项目进一步发展和提高,从而为我国冬奥会项目发展和冬季运动文化内容的繁荣丰富做出贡献。本文在文献资料、调查访问等研究方法基础上,对单板滑雪运动技术形成、发展进行综述,进一步描述项目特征,并在对项目发展现状研究的基础上提出我国单板滑雪可持续发展的相应建议。

As a typical trick event,Snowboarding has a wild develop space in China.the feature of the athletes in China,made it going well to select and training the athletes.But we hadn＇t learn well about the features and the regular of the item,and it made the develop and progresses difficult.with using the research methods of interview,investigation,etc.the author give out a results about the formula and develop of snowboarding,and give some advices about the way on the strategic of sustainable development of the event in China.
