摘要
为了研究身体机能监控在马拉松运动员赛前训练中的作用,帮助运动员在赛前调整到最佳竞技状态,提高比赛成绩,对我国优秀男子马拉松运动员韩刚及其3名陪练在备战2007年北京国际马拉松的赛前3个月训练中进行了全程的生理生化指标监控,通过测定血清睾酮(T)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)等生化指标,找出运动员身体机能的变化规律,合理的安排了运动员的赛前训练,使运动员的成绩得到了大幅度的提高。结果显示:通过身体机能的监控和合理的训练安排,韩刚等几名运动员在2007年北京马拉松赛中取得了优异的成绩,韩刚以2:8:56的成绩获得国际第三名,打破全国纪录,达到奥运会A标,创个人历史最好成绩。
To study the effect of body function monitoring in pre-competition training of Marathon athletes,help the athlete to achieve the best competition performance before the competition,improve the competition result,we make a whole-process monitoring of the physiological and biochemical indexes for the high-level marathon athlete Han Gang and the other 3 teammates during their preparation training 3 months before the 2007 Beijing International Marathon.We test the biochemical indexes as HB,T and CK etc to find out the principles about the athletes' body function's variation and arrange the pre-competition training of the athletes,to greatly improve the performance of the athletes.The result demonstrates: Through the monitoring of body function and the reasonable training arrangement,Han Gang and his teammates achieve excellent results in the 2007 Beijing International Marathon,Han Gang is ranking the 3rd place in the international group with the result 2 hours 8 minutes and 56 seconds,breaking the national record and qualified for the Olympic A level.At the same time he had achieved the best result in his career.
