对我国与世界男子三级跳远助跑速度的分析,收集整理世界级选手爱德华兹等三级跳远运动员技术比赛的有关数据进行比较。采用文献资料、对比分析法进一步研究,确认提高助跑速度的利用率和绝对速度的利用率是评价三级跳远技术的重要指标。建议加强力量与技术的结合训练,缩短与世界男子三级跳远助跑速度的差距。

This paper collect the relevant technical data in triple jump competition of a world-class athlete Edwards and other players.And have a comparison and analysis of triple-jump run-up speed with our country men-triple-jump athletes.Using literature and comparative analysis method,confirm that to raise the run-up speed utilization rate and absolute speed utilization rate are the important indicators for evaluating the Triple Jump.The proposal is to strengthen the combined training of strength and technical,to shorten the gap with the world men-triple jump run-up speed.
