关于建立大学生失业保险制度的思考

Studies on the Establishment of the Graduated-college Students＇ Unemployment Insurance

伴随着高校的大规模扩招，从1999年以来，高校毕业生人数逐年猛增。然而，经济增长所带来的就业岗位远远不能满足大学毕业生的需求，这就带来了大学生就业形势严峻、失业现象普遍的社会问题。因此，为大学生建立失业保险制度十分必要，而这也正是对我国社会保障制度的完善。本文分析了大学生就业的困境及影响，提出应建立大学生失业保险，以及建立该制度的一些建议。

Since 1999, with the large-scale expansion of the college admissions, the number of college graduates increased year by year. However, the jobs opportunities that the economy growth brought fell far short of the demand for college graduates, and this caused severe situation of university students. Therefore, the establishment of university students for the unemployment insurance system is necessary, and that is a chance for our country to improve the social security system. This paper analyzes the employment situation of our university students, suggesting that the unemployment insurance should be set for college students.
