基于模糊综合评价法的高等院校创新教育水平评价研究

A Study on the Innovation Evaluation in Higher Education Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才是知识经济和未来社会发展的需要，培养学生的创新素质，是高校面临的紧迫任务和教学改革需要研究解决的关键问题。如何对高校创新教育实施评价，采用何种方法才能建立起科学合理的评价体系，是一个亟待解决的问题。本文尝试建立起高等院校创新教育评价的指标体系，并运用模糊综合评价法对高校创新教育水平进行评价，以期为高校创新教育评价提供具有可操作性的依据。

Innovative spirit and practical ability of high-level expertise are the needs of the development of knowledge-based economy and society. Improvement the student＇s ability of innovation is the urgent task which colleges and universities are faced with, and is also the key issue of the teaching reform. How to evaluate the implementation of innovative education in college？ what measures can be implemented to establish scientific and rational evaluation system ？ All these problems are essential to be solved. This article tries to establish the evaluation index system of innovation in institutions of higher learning education, and adapts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of innovation in college education , with a view to provide some operational basis for colleges and universities
