PVA/B凝胶纺丝纤维结构性能研究

摘要 采用X-衍射仪、声速仪、扫描电镜和电子强力仪对纺丝流程各阶段纤维的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,纤维的结晶度由38.52%(初生纤维)逐步增加至80.98%(热拉伸),经过热水卷曲和缩甲醛化后结晶度降至71.08%;其声速值从2.27km/s(初生纤维)增至16.78km/s(预热),从预热到延伸、半成品纤维声速值保持基本不变,缩甲醛化后声速值降至9.76km/s;醛化后纤维强度、模量下降,断裂伸长率增加;初生纤维的横截面接近圆形,有明显的皮层和芯层,皮层较致密,芯层疏松且有微孔微粒。二浴到醛化纤维横截面为豆子形,芯层的微孔、微粒随纺程的进行逐步致密成为结构较均匀的豆形。
