体育教学由于其条件的特殊性,易受外界条件的干扰。要提高教学质量,达到增进学生体质的目的,就必须排除干扰提高学生的注意力。因此,教师要充分认识和利用人的注意规律,合理地运用各种教学手段,集中学生的注意力,激发其学习兴趣,从而达到提高教学效果的目的。

The teaching of sports is because of its conditions particularity,apt to be influenced by external condition,to improve teaching quality and achieve the goal of promoting student＇s physique,must get rid of interfering and improve students attention.Therefore,the teacher shoud fully realize and utilize people＇s attention principle,use various teach- ing means rationally,collect students attention,stimulate their interest,then abtain the goal of raising teaching effects.
