摘要
运用文献资料、调查、访谈等研究方法,从管理体系、办队模式、人才结构、训练与学习等几方面入手,对河南省高校高水平女排的现状进行立体剖析;在总结成功经验的同时,也针对办队经费紧张、高水平突出不了"高"字等问题进行研究,并提出了相应的发展策略。
Through literature review,interviewing and other research methods,The paper analyses the current situation of women-volleyball teams in Henan Universities,such as management,team-building mode,talent structure,training and learning.While sum-ming up successful experiences,some existing problems are also discussed and a development strategy is put forward.
