乒乓球规则的演变对乒乓球训练的影响以及相应的对策

The Influence of the Table Tennis Rule Evolvement on the Training and the Corresponding Countermeasures

运用访谈和文献资料法,研究了现代乒乓球运动技术的发展历史。可以发现,自1926年12月第1届世乒赛举行以来,国际乒联不断修改乒乓球竞赛规则以适应乒乓球运动的发展,赋予了乒乓球运动新的机遇,也对中国乒乓球运动的优势地位提出了挑战。本文就规则变化所引发的技术变革进行分析与探讨,并对中国乒乓球运动的发展提出建设性意见。

The author analys development histories of the modern table-tennis techniques based on the interviews and literature method.We found that the World Table-tennis Union has continually reformed the competition regulations to adapt to the development of Table-tennis since the first World Table-tennis Championships held in the December of 1926.The competition regulations provide the new opportunities for table-tennis and challenge the predominant station of Chinese table -tennis at the same time,the technique reforms caused by the new regulations and new competition system are discussed and analysed in this paper.Furthermore,some constructive suggestions to Chinese table-tennis are made.
