农村体育人力资源开发——建设新农村视野下的诉求

The Development of Human Resources in Rural Sports——The pursue in the prospect of constructing new countryside

在推进社会主义新农村建设的背景下,人力资源在农村体育事业快速增长中愈来愈凸显其重要的作用。我国农村体育人力资源开发前景广阔,但目前农村体育人力资本含量不足,体育人力资源素质较低,很大程度上严重制约农村体育的发展,延缓了农村体育现代化的进程。本文简要分析了现阶段我国农村体育人力资源的现状,并在此基础上提出积极开展农村体育人力资源培训,建立农村体育人力资源管理体系,利用农村小城镇化建设的辐射作用,加强农村体育人力资源流动的宏观调控,以探寻建设新农村视野下的农村体育人力资源开发策略。

Under the background of pushing new social countryside construction,human resources are playing an important role gradually.It has great future of rural sports human resources in our country.Rural sports are held back because of little quantity and low quality of rural sports human resources.This paper analyzes briefly the present condition of rural human resources.Based on that,the authors puts forward to develop cultivating rural human resources,building management system and strenthening contrloing of rural human resources.so the thesis looks forward to tactics of rural sports in the prospect of constructing new social countryside.
