健美操作为现代身体锻炼的一种手段,既是体育运动的重要内容,又是体育文化的特色资源,是一个开放的多维性有机整体。健芙操的不同维度决定了它具有多个相互关联的发展环境,所构成的集合可以用直观的、富有表现力的矩阵形式表征其不同要素间的相互作用。本文正是基于健美操的社会、文化、历史、语言、认知等维度,对其发展环境矩阵解释模型作了简略的分析,为健美操的理论研究开拓了崭新的思路和提供了独特的视觉。

As a means of modern exercises,gymnastics is both an important content for sports and a special resource for sports culture,and it is an open multi-dimensional organic whole.Different dimensions enable gymnastics to have many related developing environment,which can be manifested by a direct and expressive matrix model.Based on some gymnastic dimensions associated with society,culture,history,language and knowledge,this essay is to make a brief analysis of the matrix model,trying to explore a new path and providing a unique view for the research of gymnastic methods.
