对海南省高校体育俱乐部现状与发展的研究

Research on the Present Status and Development of Universities & Colleges Sports Clubs of Hainan Province

通过文献资料法,对海南省高校体育俱乐部的现状与发展进行探讨。高校体育俱乐部在满足大学生体育需求方面确实起到积极作用,但在项目设置、学生参与方式、俱乐部考核评价等方面还存在严重不足。资金、场地、设施缺乏,学生参与热情较低,教师专项结构不合理,管理制度不健全是影响俱乐部发展的主要因素。在此基础上对俱乐部今后的发展提出建设性意见。

This paper analyzes the status and development of Sports Clubs of University Colleges in Hainan prov- ince by the mettod of documen to tary.Sports Clubs of Universities Colleges play a important role in meeting the college students requirements of sports,but,sports clubs of Universities Colleges has some deficiencies in item setup、participative style、examination and evaluation and so on.The lack of funds、field,participate enthusiasm,un- reasonable of teacher mayor structure,not profect of management system are mayor factor of influencing development of sports clubs of Universities Colleges.The author puts forward some constructive suggestions at last.
