摘要
在田径110m栏教学中,对学生进行自我指向型和任务指向型两类干预手段的教学实验。实验结果证明,在高校田径教学中增加培养学生自我监控能力教学内容能提高田径教学质量,提高学生学习的积极性,对田径教学改革具有一定的指导意义。
During 110m Hurdles teaching,the self-involved type and the task-involved type experiment was es- tablished.Experimental results proved that adding self-monitoring teaching contents to track and field teaching can improve teaching quality and enhance learning enthusiasm,this method has guiding significance for track and field teaching reform.
