近年来，我国刑满释放人员再犯罪率不断增长，在一定程度上影响了当地的经济发展和社会稳定，影响了我国社会主义和谐社会的建设。本文通过对刑满释放人员再犯罪的现状、原因进行分析，试图找到预防和减少刑满释放人员再犯罪的途径，以不断推进和谐社会建设。

In recent years, the rate of making crime again is increasing continuously, that makes a great impact on the development of economics, the stability of society and the constructing of harmonious socialism society. The article tries to find the way to prevent and reduce the ways of making crime again to advance the constructing of harmonious society according to analyze the situation and the reasons of making crime again.
