关于城市贫困线测算的问题研究

Research on Surveys about the City Poverty Line

本文运用了数学模型的方法研究城市贫困问题，在研究贫困的过程中用数学模型解释了几种新的贫困类型，并且初步提出了测算贫困线的方法。过去，在我国反贫困实践中，通常用收入水平来测量贫困，而不关心消费水平这一直接关系居民生活质量的标准。因此，笔者提出在运用收入水平贫困线的同时应充分重视消费水平作用的贫困线测算方法，引导有关部门在反贫困实践中充分考虑各种情况以达到预期的目的。

The article studied and explained the city impoverished question with the mathematical model method in the research impoverished process, and initially proposed the method of surveying the poverty line. In the past, in our country counter-impoverished practice, the income level was commonly used to survey impoverished, but not the consumption level which is the standard directly related to khe inhabitant quality of life. Therefore, the author proposed when utilizing income level poverty fine, should take into enough consideration to the consumption level function of the poverty line, in order to guide the departments concerned fully considering .each kind of situation achieves anticipated goal in the counter- impoverished practice.
