住房保障问题是关系国计民生的重大经济和社会问题，目前我国的住房保障存在很多问题，致使住房问题成为老百姓关注的三大问题之一。发达国家在住房保障上取得的成功经验值得我们学习借鉴，结合我国的实际情况，本文认为经济适用房应该租售并举，还要继续完善廉租房制度的建设，从而建立一个多层次的住房保障体系，这样才能使我国的住房保障问题得到很好的解决。

Housing security is a very important economic and social issue, in the moment, there are many problems in our country＇s housing security, and people think it is one of the three major problems in our sociality. We should study the successful experience of developed country, and with the reality of our country, this paper analyzes our country should develop both the sale and rental markets for affordable housing, and in addition, our country should improve the construction of the low-rent housing system, and so we can establish a multi-level housing security system. So the problem of housing security can be solved well.
