摘要
近年来我国政府积极投入推动电子政务的建设已取得初步成效,但综观我国现阶段电子政务发展,仍以信息收集、发布为主,真正使用申办服务且发生交易者仅占使用人数的5%以下,由此可见政府部门提供的网上服务当前并未被广大民众真正接受且使用。本研究将通过整理、探讨的方式,先系统整理学者们所提出的电子政务推动观点,再提出概念性研究模型,透过概念性研究模型的分析与有关电子政务评价因素的结合,最后推导出整合“信息需求”与“科技支援”的现实途径,以提出政府电子化、网络化入口网站的拓展策略。
In our country, accomplishments in the area of E-government have become prominent due to the recent promotion. However, up to the present most users still focus on information searching. The total number of people who have trade experience via E-government web service is only below 5 percent of the internet population. This implies that E-service has not been accepted by citizens and improvement strategies should be developed by our government. Through a survey of articles, the research utilizes a systemic organization of the E-government approaches promoted by scholars and proposes the conceptual model for E-government research. The architecture of the E-government is evaluated with the performance being based upon the information requirements and the technological supporting.
