摘要 We exposed human tumor cell lines SMMC-7721 and HeLa with 3 Gy of γ-rays (the dose rate is 0.3 Gy/min). After irradiation, the exponentially growing cells were harvested, fixed with 70% ethanol, and stained with propidium iodide(PI). The cell cycle distributions were assayed with Flow Cytometry and data were analyzed by using Muticycle.
