摘要 After SFC new vacuum chamber had been completed, the pressure of vacuum system reached 1×10-5 Pa which accomplished the aim of reconstruction. But during the system running, we found the gas load of the vacuum system (including the vacuum chamber and the RF chamber) was still large. If we could reduce the leak rates or the quantity of the gas load, the vacuum degree of system would be increased. So, when After SFC new vacuum chamber had been completed, the pressure of vacuum system reached lx 10-5 Pa which accomplished the aim of reconstruction. But during the system running, we found the gas load of the vacuum system (including the vacuum chamber and the RF chamber) was still large. If we could reduce the leak rates or the quantity of the gas load, the vacuum degree of system would be increased. So, when accelerator paused for a moment, we did experiment to measure the quantity of gas load of the vacuum system. The result of experiment showed that the quantity of gas load of vacuum chamber was 5.6× 10-1 Pa. 1/s.
