The amplitude and the stability of the Dee voltage are very important for the beam quality of the cyclotron. After the updating in recent years, the amplitude of the Dee voltage of the SFC (Sector Focusing Cyclotron) in Lanzhou has nearly been increased to the limit of the facility, but the stability of the Dee voltage is still below the value of the design. In order to get more information about the RF system and give some guides for the next updating work, we have measured the stability of the Dee voltage. Since the stability of the power supply is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of the Dee voltage, the stability of the power supply of the 200 kW generator has also been measured.
