摘要 Cancer is the one of the most terrible disease to human. Intrinsic radiosensitivity of cells is one of the most important factor in influencing the success or failure of the radiotherapy, especially between normal organs and malignancy. To predict the radiosensativity is a major part of the therapy project. There are many methods that can be used to assess the radiosensitivity, colony assay is one of the most classical methods on predicting the radiosensiticity of tumor cells. But some shortage could not Cancer is the one of the most terrible disease to human.
