摘要
Ionizing radiation produces various kinds of damage, for example, DNA double- or single-strand break, and base damage. Cellular responses after ionizing radiation exposure can be considered to protect the cells from the radiation-induced damage. The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare cell survival and cell cycle progression in human hepatoma cells (SMMC-7721) synchronized at G0/C1,G1/S and G2/M phases, respectively.
