摘要 The purpose is to determine if the pre-exposure to low-dose 12C6+ beam enhances the inhibition of Ad-CMV-p53 on non-small lung cancer (NSLC). The H1299 cells were pre-irradiated by 12C6+ beam orγ-ray, then infected with 20, or 40 MOI AdCMV-p53. The viability of cells were detected by clonogenic assays.
